Privacy Policy

They say every site should have a privacy policy so visitors know what data is being collected about them, so, here is ours:

The server logs the following things:

• Your IP address. (I have not configured the server to do hostname lookups, its a waste of bandwidth.)
• The date and time you looked at a page.
• Which page(s) you looked at.
• Which browser you used and what OS you are running. (Your browser gives this information to every webserver whose pages you look at.)
• If you followed a link to a page then the address of that page is also recorded.

All this info is thrown away on a regular basis, generally without even being looked at. Disc space may be cheap but why waste it?
